The term straight cool air conditioner is used for a system that is a non heatpump system. It means that the system has no heat or only has heat strips for a source of heat. Straight cool condensers are also used in conjunction with furnances with a coil pak. The condenser and coil pak are used to produce the cooling while the furnace is used for the production of heat.
